National Accounts Division
Data collection: Data is collected on the output of the real and services sector of the economy. Examples of the data collected are: production of crops (such as rice, sugar, and other non-traditional crops), extraction of minerals (such as bauxite and gold), harvesting of seafood, and several manufactured items (varying from industrial items such as paint, to consumer items such as beverages).
Calendars of Key Economic Events
These features present summaries of local events of economic interest covered in the two daily newspapers: Stabroek News and the Guyana Chronicle.

National Accounts Division
| Function: National Accounts Division compiles the national accounts of Guyana's economy which is subdivided into fifteen sub-sectors. Two of the most well-known variables produced by these accounts, and perhaps the two most requested by the public, are Gross Domestic Product and per capita income. |  |
